These Terms of Service are relevant to noncommercial projects.

I have the right to cancel the commission if payment has not yet been made.

All payments are via Boosty or Hipolink ( Alt: friend's PayPal (+10% of cost, cause of taxes, sorry )

Payments in USD or rubles.

I start drawing only after 100% prepayment.

If you want to split the payment for the commission into several parts, we can discuss the details separately

NO REFUNDS. Right now due to situation I can't refund, so please take time to think before taking commissions or YCH slot.

Payment expected within 2 days (48 hrs) of invoice delivery or under any other active payment arrangement. In case of payment failure within the allotted time, the commission will be canceled.

If you prefer artistic freedom please let me know your preferences: sfw/nsfw, anything that describes your character's personality or preferences.

If you don't need artistic freedom, then visual links and/or a description of ideas for a commission must be provided, after which I can ask additional questions. (character references, refs of background and other stuff, full description of what you like to see, poses and emotions you would like)

I'm always willing to make minor adjustments to the commission. Up to three major edits in the sketch, and up to three minor edits in the process are allowed (unless some errors have been made through my fault). Further changes are subject to an additional charge, which is calculated individually.

I always show sketches and lineart for approval. The rest of the processes (WIPs) may or may not be shared depending on the client’s wishes. Please, let me know, if you want to see all the process!

Mostly I need 1-2 months for a commission. (But sometimes faster, lol)

If you want the work to be done faster or to be done by a certain date, you can add 30-50$ (depends on date)

By default, I have full rights and commercial rights to my artwork, meaning I may use and repost it wherever I want, use it as part of portfolio/etc as well as resell it as a print. However, if I decide to use the artwork for commercial purposes, I will contact the character's owner for their permission.

You may create prints for personal use (display in your home or as gifts). You may also resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you can't alter the artwork itself. You may also upload the artwork your personal website or gallery accompanied by a credit link to the me, and it must not be any high resolution or unwatermarked version of the artwork.

The commission can be completely private for an additional fee. This means that I won't publish the work anywhere, even on social networks with a subscription system. The amount of the fee is negotiated individually.

If you would like to use the commission for commercial purposes, let me know, we can negotiate separately.

You cannot alter the image, neither by yourself nor by giving it to another artist to make changes.

Please tell in advance if you don't want your work to be posted anywhere - I charge extra +100% for PRIVATE ARTWORKS.

Simple background (none / texture / blur) - free, with details +30$, complex - 60$

Any other additions of commission (see my price or ask me for more details)

Account Name and site you want linked (FurAffinity, Twitter, etc.) (Leave nothing if you want to remain anonymous)

Character reference sheet and all necessary materials. (idea, pose, etc)

The nature of your character, behavior. Likes and dislikes, if this information is not on the reference. This will help me understand your character better and therefore make better art. (optional)
